Firestone Walker Brewery is a 210,000 square foot brewery located in Paso Robles. This craft brewing company has been brewing local beer for over 25 years and Rarig Construction has been a building partner since Adam Firestone and David Walker’s began brewing beer. The latest building additions include a new Cold Storage Building, Brewhouse, Barrel Aging Room and Visitor Center. The brewery campus also includes the Taproom Restaurant, barrel rooms, offices, warehouse, bottling line, kegging room and various support structures.
The Firestone Walker building architecture includes a warehouse industrial style with contemporary saw tooth roof designs and curved roof forms, corrugated sheet metal siding and Cor-Ten standing seam metal roofs. Interior wall finishes are stainless steel.
The majority of Firestone Walker beer is consumed right here along the Central Coast hence the tagline “it’s what we drink around here…”
