- Epoch Winery Breaths Life Into Historic York Mountain (This article is from the Paso Robles Daily News) Rarig Construction, Inc. recently fabricated and erected the hot dipped structural steel columns, beams, rafters, and decking for the new Fermentation and Case Goods Buildings at Epoch Winery for the 2014 Grape Harvest. Structural steel fabrication is underway on the new Epoch Tasting Room opening in the summer of 2015.
