Cool Pak a key supplier of packaging to dozens of growers, shippers, and other food suppliers in the Santa Maria Valley. This building is a state-of-the-art facility with a second floor built for future office expansion. The eight foot tall masonry wainscot on the perimeter walls provides protection from damage from forklift traffic while providing architectural relief for the tall metal building structure.
