Project Description
Family owned and operated, DAOU Family Estates is committed to producing collectable, world-class wines to rival the most respected appellations in the world. The winery sits on a mountaintop named DAOU Mountain at 2,200-foot elevation.
The first phase of construction built in 2010 and 2011 was the production building, a metal building system with insulated metal panel roof and walls and stucco exteriors. The mission style tasting room and hospitality center which features ornate iron doors surrounded by blue and red tile. Elegant French wooden doors open to a large marble rectangular bar, gorgeous patio with an inviting fireplace, sofas and table seating overlooking DAOU vineyards and Adelaida mountains.
The second phase of construction built in 2019 was a 15,000 Sq. Ft. fermentation and barrel storage building on the lower area of the mountain property. The building is a metal building with insulated metal panel roof and walls.
