Okonite is America’s oldest existing independent manufacturer of wire and cable. The Santa Maria, California manufacturing plant is over 545,000 square feet on a 50-acre site. It is one of six plants across the United States and has recently undergone a major expansion, enabling Okonite to better service its customers. Rarig Construction performed all site work, structural concrete and concrete tilt-up, structural steel fabrication and erection, insulated metal wall panel installation and steel bar joist roof and steel deck construction.
