Dave Spurr Excavating, Inc DBA SpurrCo is a 20,500 sq. ft. metal building located on 3.5 acres in Paso Robles. This building is a design-build project and has 3,000 square feet office space, 10,000 square feet industrial shop area, and 7,500 square feet of covered outdoor workspace. The office space includes 7 individual offices, conference room, lobby, tech room, plan room, a combination breakroom/kitchen, and 2 restrooms.
All offices are equipped with state-of-the-art individual heating and air conditioning units to allow each employee to work in a climate of their own comfort level. The industrial shop area has large overhead doors which provides enough room for mechanics to move large earthmoving equipment into the service areas. The shop space includes a storage room, 2 restrooms, and an office space for the mechanics.
The outdoor covered roof areas are used for equipment wash down , and provide covered storage for small equipment. The roof has solar roof panels.
