Iron Horse Station is a two-story office building located in The Railroad Historic District of San Luis Obispo. This building metal building is 14,000 Sq. Ft. with multiple office tenants.
Iron Horse Station replaced an old Southern Pacific Railroad Milling Company warehouse that was built between 1903 and 1926. The building was used as a general warehouse and lumber milling building for SP Milling Company in the early 1900’s.
The architectural design compliments the nearby historic train station and adjacent San Luis Obispo Railroad Museum and includes curved roof forms, corrugated Corten metal siding that has aged with time and galvalume metal roofs. This building received an Award of Recognition from the Obispo Beautiful Association for enhancing the visual attractiveness of the San Luis Obispo Community.
