The North County Regional Center, which includes a Sheriff Station and an Agriculture Commissioner’s building in Templeton, was a Design-Bid-Build Project built by Rarig Construction. This compound includes a 6,000 SF sheriff station, and a detached 3,800 SF administrative facility for the Agriculture Commission. The Agriculture Commission building is a pre-engineered metal building with complete interior improvements, designed to match the architecture vernacular of the Sheriff’s substation. The Architect of Record was Omni Design Group.
