Grassini Family Vineyards is a 15,000 square foot winery built on terraced hillside on 107 acres of ranch and farm land in the Santa Ynez Valley. Project includes underground caves (cut and cover concrete construction) with gravity flow design from upper crush pad for gentle handling of fruit. Exterior wood siding is recycled board and batten with natural stone wainscot from winery property. Roof is Corten metal giving the building a timeless look.
