The Parrish family has deep roots in the Paso Robles area. The family has been farming grapes in the Creston area since 1920. In 2018 the Parrish family reached another milestone opening a wine and food destination on Adelaida Road in Paso Robles. The Adelaida vineyard surrounds the 17,706 Sq. Ft. state-of-the-art winery and estate tasting room.
The main winery production barn is a metal building frame with insulated metal panels, barn wood siding and corrugated metal roof. The winery roof has solar panels. The Hospitality Center includes offices on basement floor and tasting room on second floor overlooking the vineyards.
The tasting room has a “California Southern charm” that is designed to make guests immediately feel at home and welcomed with indoor and outdoor seating. The tasting room was designed after Parrish’s home on the original Creston vineyard.
