Sea Smoke Winery is a 30,000 Sq. Ft. production building located in an industrial area of Lompoc. There is no public tasting room.
The winery includes an outdoor crush pad, tank room, bottling line, barrel room with stainless steel custom floor drains, epoxy floors, cold room, and two-story offices. The metal building framing is erected with insulated metal panel roof and wall systems with R-33 insulation values.
The cupola roofs include large fans for ventilation and night-air cooling and add an agrarian feeling to this large industrial building.
