Rarig has built millions of square feet of agricultural and cold storage buildings along the Central Coast of California including strawberry coolers, lemon processing plants, food storage freezers, refrigerated beer warehouses, olive oil production facilities, and vegetable transplant facilities and greenhouses.
We have designed and built some of the most energy efficient refrigerated warehouses along the coast for local clients as well as national clients. These specialized buildings require year round temperature and humidity control and maintaining a controlled climate through extremes of winter and summer is critical.
